How do I calculate the shipping cost on an order?
To find out the total cost of your order, simply add the product(s) you would like to purchase to your Shopping Cart. You can then view your Shopping Cart to get the total cost of your order, including the cost of the shipping.
How much do you charge for shipping?
We charge a flat rate for shipping based on the weight of the item(s) being shipped. Our shipping prices are VERY reasonable! Unless otherwise stated, all products DO NOT include shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated on the Shopping Cart page.
Where am I able to ship my order to?

Who do you use to ship?
We utilize Canada Post.
Can I ship C.O.D. or to a P.O. Box?
We do not ship COD and cannot mail to P.O. Boxes. A physical street address will be required for delivery.
How long does it take for you to ship my order?
Although every effort is made to process and ship your order within 5-7 business days, shipping time is dependent on stock availability. If an out-of-stock or back-order situation arises, we advise the customer as soon as possible and refund the transaction.
Refund and Exchange Policy
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Authorization for exchange, refund or credit must be made to us in writing prior to you sending back the item(s). Please email us for authorization.
Dentistry for All will pay for all shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.
Credit will not apply to items that are damaged in transit.
All goods must be returned in their original packaging.
You must advise us of any faulty or incorrect items within 7 days of receiving your package.
Change of Mind
Dentistry for All will only exchange or credit at our discretion. You must first contact us in writing for authorization prior to sending back the item(s)
You will pay for all shipping costs plus a $5 restocking fee.
All goods must be returned unopened in their original packaging.
You must advise us of your change of mind within 7 days of receiving your package.
